Effective on last year November, every HK$10 spend on hotels bookings made on Expedia Hong Kong Website you can earn 2 miles. This promotion has no end date yet. You can book worldwide hotels on Expedia Hong Kong site but you must pay in Hong Kong dollars.

There are few things you need to notice if you want to earn Asia Miles on Expedia Website:
1. You must visit this link http://www.expedia.com.hk/?siteid=2003 to book. You will see there is an Asia Miles logo on the top right hand side(See screenshot below). Booking make on www.expedia.com.hk is not eligible to earn Asia Miles.
2. Prepare your 10 digital Asia Miles number when you going to decide to book your hotel.
3. In the checkout page, input your Asia Miles Number in below field. Please note that the hotel guest’s name you input must be the same with the Asia Miles Account. Otherwise you will not able to earn any miles according to the terms and conditions.
4. Also, you still can input discount code if you know any. This field is located above the credit card details. (Of course the less you pay, the less Asia Miles you earn)
5. The Asia Miles will be transfer to your account after 6 to 8 weeks after you checkout the hotel.
My Conclusion
Furthermore, you can earn 4 miles on every HK$10 spends when you book your hotel on every Tuesday(This special promotion will end on 4 March, 2015) . If you need to book hotel on the other day you can still earn 2 miles on every hK$10 spend.
There is one tricky part. The dedicated Expedia website(http://www.expedia.com.hk/?siteid=2003) is only allow you to book Hotels and they hide all the flights and package booking link. When next time you visit Expedia.com.hk, you still not able to look for flights. If you want to visit the “Normal” Expedia Hong Kong website, you can visit this link http://www.expedia.com.hk/?siteid=18 so that you can book for Flights and Packages.
