To be honest, I really don’t like Agoda’s promotion. It is very hard to determine which rate is the discounted rate. It is also very hard to know there is 50% off on the first night. From what Agoda told me, the discounted rate will display “Flash deal” in the room type box. (See below screenshot)

You can use Hotelscombined to double check is your rate on Agoda is the cheapest rate.
