My conclusion
17% off is a huge discount for hotel booking. The only concern is that ebookers.com is only able to pay in GBP. Normally, credit card will charge fees if your local currency is not GBP. Therefore do your math before you use the code if you are not living in UK. Chain hotels like Accor or IHG are not eligible to use the promotion code.
