The resort has 24 Beach Pool Villas (211 sqm), eight Two-Bedroom Pool Villas (282 sqm), 21 Ocean Pool Villas (225 sqm), and one Presidential Villa (600 sqm). Outrigger Konotta does not provide half board or full board plan. All meals at the Outrigger Maldives will be full service a la carte. Opening rate from USD419 stay in Beach Pool Villa and with 20 minutes free spa.

My Conclusion
The location of Outrigger Konotta Maldives is near Jumeirah Dhevanafushi Resort and Ayada Maldives which is a bit far from Male International airport. You need to take domestic flight to Maldives Kaadedhdhoo domestic airport(KDM), then take 30 minutes speedboat to the resort. I would rather choose other resort which take less transport from Male.
