I have tried to book Mercure Bratislava Centrum Hotel in Slovakia and the “One Euro Deal” rate is not the cheapest rate but it is unrestricted change and cancellation. The “One Euro Deal” rate is as same as the best unrestricted rate but it is included breakfast and 2X bonus points.
If you are not prefer to have breakfast in the hotel, you can choose the “Hot Deals” rate, which gives you the lowest price.
