You can book the new PointsBreak hotels from IHG Rewards today. Hotels on the PointsBreak list cost only 5,000 points for a night (the regular rate is 10,000 to 50,000 points)!

Most of the hotels are Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. However, there are also in some location you can use 5000 point for a night at Intercontinental Hotel.
As always, IHG Rewards Club point reservations are refundable. Make sure to make a new booking for each night (5 night stay = 5 bookings). This will allow you to shorten you stay, without loosing your complete PointBreaks booking!

I’d book each night as a separate reservation.That’s because you risk having to pay the full price (instead of 5,000 points) if the hotel is no longer selling nights at the PointsBreak price of 5,000 points a night, and you need to cancel even one night of your reservation.
