At the beginning I was quite exciting about this promotion. However I searched the rate for few properties in Phuket and found that this “Thailand free Breakfast” rate is hardly make any sense at all. This rate always the highest rate and it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. 
My Conclusion
Please make sure you find this rate make sense to you before you book. I couldn’t find any dates which this rate make any sense to me.
