For US, Europe, Middle East and Africa, there is 20%.

The discounted rate is called “Limited time offer! Book by April 10“. There are blackout date for this promotion.
I checked the rate on Hong Kong Sheraton Hotel and it is 20% off compare with the flexible rate
My Conclusion
On the promotion page, Starwood mentioned SPG member can get extra 5% off. However, even I have login to SPG account and check the rate, the rate are still same with Agoda. I have no idea how to get the 5% off.
This Asia Pacific promotion is up to 50% off, most hotels are only 10-25% off from my observation. Still worth to get a look if you are going to stay in Starwood brands.
