According to Agoda promotion page, there are few hotels in Seoul are doing very good discount. Like Best Western Premier Kukdo Hotel 50% and rate from USD75. Hotel Skypark Dongdaemun I rate from USD65. GLAD Hotel Yeouido also giving 50% off and rate from USD120 per night.
Blackout dates apply for these promotions. Make sure you visit the promotion page to make your search because sometimes only the promotion page can bring up the discounted rate. The discounted rate will display as “Flash Deal – Limited Time Offer“. The text is in red or in Purple color.
My Conclusion
Please note that from February 19 – 24 will be Chinese New Year. The hotel’s rate will be up during this period. The Lowest rate can be found in March or early February.
