What you need to do is just fill in the required information. However in the terms and conditions say that you must be a German citizen to entitle this offer. But I know they can never check. I have register for this type of promotions before and always able to get bonus points or miles.

My conclusion

After I filled in the form and login to my Lufthansa account, the bonus 1,000 Miles&More Miles still not in my account yet. I will update on my blog if I can successfully to get this 1,000 free miles.
