I am very surprised they are having this sale in October again. The travel period for this promotion is from today to April 30, 2015. This rate is non-refund and non-cancellable. My Conclusion
The rate is really attractive on this promotion. Although there are blackout dates, I still can find many dates that are offering 50% off the BAR.
