Is it a good deals?
Before the sale started today, I made a search on 14 June(Saturday stay), which the cheapest rate is $1,125 before tax. 
After the sales started today, I made the same search on the same date. It showed the “5 Day Flash Sale” rate and it is only HK$878 per night(HK$960 included tax). 
Hong Kong Hyatt Regency Hotel is located Sha Tin . If you taking public transport to hotel, it is less than 3 minutes walk from the University MTR Station .

My conclusion
I seldom see Hong Kong Hyatt Regency Hotel has this kind of promotion in the last few years. The discounted rates is actually a very good deal. That is the reason why the sales is only running for a short period of time.
