My Conclusion
Fragrance Hotel are only 2-3 stars hotel therefore don’t expect the hotel quality are very good. If you are looking for cheap accommodation in Singapore, you can check the rate of Fragrance Hotel on Agoda tomorrow. I don’t know when will their system update the discount rate but the discount rate should be ready during the day.
