Starwood has launched a “free breakfast for 2” promotion for participating Starwood Hotels in North and Latin America for stays booked and completed through December 30, 2014. This promotion is only valid for weekend stays at hotels and stays all days of week at resorts.

I checked many properties and this rate is always the highest rate. Finally I found Four Points by Sheraton in Winnipeg International Airport is worth booking using this rate.
The rate will display as “SPG Plus”
My Conclusion
There are only very limited hotels are making sense using this rate. Most of the time this rate is the most expensive one. Make sure you think this rate make sense when you book.
