Below are the rate for Le Méridien Etoile Paris. The “MasterCard 3 for 2” is the cheapest rate on the date I searched.
My Conclusion
Recently MasterCard has few promotions going with Starwood. All these promotions required you to search from the promotion page to bring up the discounted rate. Make sure you book this rate only if it is cheap to you.
