There are no terms and conditions on promotion page about the valid travel period.  Swiss-Belhotel has over 120 hotels located in Indonesia, the Middle East, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.

I have checked on few properties and most of them can give you the cheapest rate on this promotion.

My Conclusion

I guess Swiss-belhotel can improve their promotion by giving a clear terms and conditions on the travel period and discounted rate for each hotels.  There are some hotels are not participate in this promotion too.
