You need to use desktop and visit uber website: https://login.uber.com/login

Then login to uber and click the “Payment” tab. You will see the credit details. If you don’t see any credit, you can simply type uqhfd in the promotion code field. (See screenshot below)

Things you need to know

One more thing you need to know is that uber default set 20% gratuity for each Taxi trip. So on the “Payment” page, in the “Gratuity for TAXI” section and I suggest you can set the Gratuity to 0% to avoid any extra charge for your next trip.
