I tried to book ibis Manchester Centre on 3 Aug and the “IBIS UK SUMMER OFFER 2014“ rate is the cheapest rate displayed. It is EUR 39 including tax but not including breakfast.
My Conclusion
I seldom seen Le Club Accorhotels give so much bonus points on their promotion rate. Consider it is only EUR39 including tax for a night at ibis Manchester Centre and the promotion will give you 2,000 points(=EUR40). Therefore the room is actually free if you stay there for 1 night. However the terms and conditions are not clear if you can earn the 2,000 bonus points more than once.
